The PWR Barbell is a 20 kg Olympic bar designed for powerlifting: squat, deadlift, bench press.
The PWR barbell by CrossLiftor features central knurling to improve grip on movements such as the squat.
The grip of this athletic strength barbell will be more pronounced than the grip of a weightlifting barbell. Likewise, unlike weightlifting bars designed to rotate during fast lifts, our powerlifting bar is equipped with ring bearings to minimize sleeve rotation on squat, deadlift and bench press movements.
The PWR bar's solid yet flexible steel will enable you to perform your exercises comfortably.

CrossLiftor has created the PWR Olympic Bar to meet the needs of powerlifters.
It's a 20kg Olympic bar with a more pronounced 29mm-diameter grip. It features central knurling and powerlifting-standard markings (closer together).
This Olympic bar is the powerlifting training bar with the best quality/price ratio on the market.

Care and storage of your powerlifting barbell:
- We recommend storing your Olympic bars horizontally, and cleaning them regularly to remove magnesia and perspiration, using a damp cloth without detergent, or a soft bristle brush for colored bars, or a hard bristle brush for other bars. If you have used water, dry the bars thoroughly before storing them.
- For colored bars, be careful not to wash or brush the bars several times a day, or the color will fade prematurely! The thermal and ceramic finishes we apply to our bars protect them sufficiently. Brushing once a week for private customers, or once a day for professionals, is more than enough.
- For optimum performance, we recommend that you do not dismantle or grease the bearings. However, after several years, you may wish to lubricate the bearings of your Olympic bar using a Teflon-type lubricant or one specialized for Olympic bar maintenance. This lubricant will prevent the bar needles from clogging.
- On the other hand, you must never dismantle the bearings, as this can damage them and alter their operation if they are incorrectly reassembled.
Shipping Information
The product is in stock: shipping within 24 to 72 hours.
The product is out of stock : The availability date is displayed under the Pre-order button.
For orders with one or more out-of-stock products and over 500€: shipment of in-stock products within 24 to 72 hours. A second shipment will take place at no extra shipping cost as soon as ALL other out-of-stock products in pre-order are restocked.
For orders with one or more out-of-stock products and under 500€: we will only make one shipment as soon as ALL out-of-stock products are in pre-order. If you want a first shipment of the products in stock, you will have to place 2 orders, one with the products in stock, and another one with the products in pre-order.
All the dates of restocking of out-of-stock products are indicated and updated daily on the product pages on our website and archived in your order history.
After the shipping day, you can add between 1 and 5 days for the goods transit
We offer several delivery solutions depending on the weight of the order and the volume of the parcels. There are many cases, you will be able to consult the delivery method(s) once the products are added to your shopping cart. All the transporters with whom we work deliver your order upon your signature.
Whatever the transporter, you are informed before the day of delivery. For small parcels, you receive an email and/or text message with the day of delivery, which you can modify as you wish. For pallets, the transporter calls you agree on an appointment and a time slot.
We also offer Click & Collect solution for those who do not want to pay shipping costs and move to us in Vitrolles, FRANCE (13127). Once in the delivery solutions, you will just have to select "Click & Collect" and to choose a date and a time slot of withdrawal.
Whatever the carrier, you are notified before the day of delivery. For small parcels, you receive an email and/or text message with the delivery day, which you can modify as you wish.
If you are absent at the time of the delivery, the transporter can let the parcel in a point relay if this one measures less than 120cm height and weighs less than 30 kg. Otherwise, you will be notified to agree a second appointment within 48 hours, without news from you, the parcel will be returned to Crossliftor. You will have to pay the shipping costs again to have the parcel delivered.
For larger parcels and pallets deliveries, the transporter will call you to agree on an appointment and a time slot. If you are absent on the delivery day, you will have to pay the representation fee again, otherwise the order will be resent to Crossliftor.
If you leave in France, nothing could be simpler, once your cart and your account are created, you will be able to choose Click & Collect in the shipping methods. You will just have to enter the day and time of your choice!
We have only one collection point for the moment, in the Crossliftor warehouses in Rognac (13340 - FRANCE) The Click & Collect is open from Monday to Friday included. The schedule will depend on the available slots.
