General terms and conditions of sale

Delivery & Shipping

Orders under 500kg are generally shipped within 2 to 4 business days maximum after receipt of your payment for products in stock (products out of stock are indicated on the product sheet on our website). The standard shipping method is DHL (for packages under 50kg) or Dachser (for packages over 50kg). For orders over 500kg, the goods are generally shipped with Interpack between 3 and 7 business days.

For orders below 500€, delivery will be made in one go, upon receipt of all products in stock. For any order over 500€, if the totality of the products is not in stock, a partial shipment will be made with the available products and a second shipment will be made as soon as the products are restocked, without extra charge.

Delivery with Dachser and Interpack is always made by prior appointment. The carrier will contact you by telephone before delivery of your order to define a time slot (and under no circumstances a specific time). If you are not present on the day of the delivery on this time slot, you will be charged for representation and parcel guarding costs, which can be up to 100% of the amount of the shipping costs already paid. In this case, you will have to pay these costs before the delivery.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order, as well as the destination of the package. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

The customer remains solely responsible for any claims and reservations with the carrier. Any damage found must be notified on the carrier's receipt. Attention, the mention "subject to unpacking" will not be accepted. After 48 hours, upon receipt of goods, no claim will be accepted if it has not been made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. Any delay in delivery, of our shipments handed over to the carriers on the scheduled date, shall not give rise to compensation or cancellation.

The delivery time of the goods operated by the transporters can go from 2 to 4 days for France and up to a week for Europe. In case of longer delays, CrossLiftor cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the transport companies.

The carrier is responsible for delivering the goods to your door. He is not required to bring the goods into your room or upstairs. This is your responsibility.

Delivery times are governed by articles L.216-1 to L.216-3 of the Consumer Code.
