Delivery and shipping
Packages are usually shipped within 48 to 72 hours maximum after receipt of your payment for the products in stock (the products out of stock are indicated on the product card). The standard shipping method is Colissimo Tracking, Chronopost, DHL or UPS. For larger orders, Interpack Transport will handle pallet delivery.
For orders under € 1000, delivery will be made in one go, upon receipt of all products in stock. For all orders from 1000 €, if the totality of the products is not in stock, a first shipment will be made with the products available and a second from replenishment, without supplement.
Shipping costs include packing, handling, and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order, as well as the destination of the parcel. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with the package containing fragile products.
The customer remains solely responsible for claims and reservations with the carrier. Any damage noted must be notified on the carrier's receipt. Attention, the mention "subject to unpacking" will not be accepted. After the period of 48 hours, receipt of goods, no claim will be admitted, if it has not been formulated by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Any delay in delivery, of our shipments delivered to the carriers on the date envisaged, can not involve compensation or cancellation.
The delivery time of the goods operated by the carriers can be from 24h to 72h for a delivery in France and 1 week for Europe. In case of longer delays, CrossLiftor cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport companies.
The carrier is responsible for delivering the goods at the foot of your door. He is not required to bring the goods upstairs or into your room. This task is yours.
Return / Exchange
In case of return and exchange of a product, the outward and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are defined by Crossliftor. Exception made in case of error on the part of Crossliftor or on some products which it is clearly announced on the product page of our site that the exchange is offered
The customer involved in any attempt to usurpation coupons would be canceled his order and risk of financial penalties and legal consequences.
In case of refusal of payment following a payment in several installments by credit card, the establishment of an order for payment to the competent courts will be made by our collection service.

Any late payment will result in the billing of fees and charges, at the rate in effect on the date of delivery.
Late payment interest shall be charged at the rate of 2% per month of delay after the first formal notice.
We reserve the right to take back merchandise, without any prior formalities, and upon request.
