Individually, these athletes advance to achieve their goals. Courage, mental steel, and determination allow them to surpass themselves. Collectively, they bring mutual help, advice, encouragement and support. The pleasure they take in training or taking on new challenges leads them to push back every day their limits in WOD of international levels.

ALIZEE ANDREANI

A former high-level gymnast, Alizée Andréani was an aerialist for Cirque du Soleil in Montreal before becoming a sports coach, today in the Happy Hearts affiliate. Since 2014, she has been practicing intensively and is one of the great figures in the French landscape.

BENOIT SAINT DENIS "GOD OF WAR"

Benoit Saint-Denis est né il y a 27 ans à Nîmes. Suivant son père, officier de légion, au gré des mutations, il s’adapte partout et parle couramment l’anglais et l’allemand. À 18 ans il intègre les forces spéciales de l’armée de Terre. Après avoir servi la France pendant 5 ans, il se consacre désormais à temps plein à son objectif : Devenir le meilleur combattant MMA de sa catégorie. Il fait parti aujourd’hui de l’UFC®, qui est la plus importante des organisations mondiales de MMA (Mixed Martial Art). C'est un des rares français à combattre pour l’UFC® et le 1er combattant Français de l’histoire du MMA à gagner un combat de l’UFC® en France

SARAH MASSONI

A professional firefighter from the city of Brussels, Sarah has practiced many sports such as athletics, swimming or gymnastics. The desire of doing diversification in her sporting practices led him to push the doors of an affiliate... Practicing since 2014, her new sports performances have also allowed her to progress in her professional environment by being prepared for all situations.

ANNE-LAURE COUTENCEAU

Après avoir pratiqué le sport pendant des années en dilettante, Anne-Laure découvre le chemin de la Box en 2016. En 2018, elle se lance dans la compétition de haut niveau en participant aussi bien aux épreuves des catégories valide qu'adaptive. En 2019, elle s’inscrit aux Wodapalooza à Miami, la première grosse compétition ouverte aux personnes en situation de handicap et termine à la 4e place. Grâce à sa détermination et sa rage de vaincre, Anne-Laure se qualifie pour les Games et finit à la 3e marche du podium. Elle remet ça en 2022 aux Games à Madisson encore une fois. Sa progression est fulgurante et son abnégation force l'admiration !

ANTOINE TAMI

Ex rugby player, Antoine practices today in the Box Take Control. He started two years ago with the desire to take on new challenges. The discovery of this sport was a real revelation. Integrated for a year in the Elite Competitor team, Antoine achieves impressive results for these beginnings. He is without a doubt one of the names to follow in the years to come.
