What if I am not there on the day of my delivery?
Whatever the carrier, you are notified before the day of delivery. For small parcels, you receive an email and/or text message with the delivery day, which you can modify as you wish.
If you are absent at the time of the delivery, the transporter can let the parcel in a point relay if this one measures less than 120cm height and weighs less than 30 kg. Otherwise, you will be notified to agree a second appointment within 48 hours, without news from you, the parcel will be returned to Crossliftor. You will have to pay the shipping costs again to have the parcel delivered.
For larger parcels and pallets deliveries, the transporter will call you to agree on an appointment and a time slot. If you are absent on the delivery day, you will have to pay the representation fee again, otherwise the order will be resent to Crossliftor.
