The product is out of stock : The availability date is displayed under the Pre-order button.

For orders with one or more out-of-stock products and over 500€: shipment of in-stock products within 24 to 72 hours. A second shipment will take place at no extra shipping cost as soon as ALL other out-of-stock products in pre-order are restocked.

For orders with one or more out-of-stock products and under 500€: we will only make one shipment as soon as ALL out-of-stock products are in pre-order. If you want a first shipment of the products in stock, you will have to place 2 orders, one with the products in stock, and another one with the products in pre-order.

All the dates of restocking of out-of-stock products are indicated and updated daily on the product pages on our website and archived in your order history.

After the shipping day, you can add between 1 and 5 days for the goods transit

We offer several delivery methods depending on the weight of the order and the volume of the parcels. There are many different options, so you can check the delivery method(s) once you are in your basket and have selected your carrier. All the carriers we work with require your signature upon delivery of your order. 

Regardless of the carrier, you will be notified before the delivery date. For small parcels, you will receive an email and/or text message with the delivery date, which you can change as you wish. For pallets, the carrier will call you to arrange an appointment and a time slot.

We also offer Click & Collect for those who do not wish to pay shipping costs and can come to our premises in Rognac (13340). Once you have selected your delivery method, simply select ‘Click & Collect’ and choose a date and time slot for collection.

Whatever the carrier, you are notified before the day of delivery. For small parcels, you receive an email and/or text message with the delivery day, which you can modify as you wish.

If you are absent at the time of the delivery, the transporter can let the parcel in a point relay if this one measures less than 120cm height and weighs less than 30 kg. Otherwise, you will be notified to agree a second appointment within 48 hours, without news from you, the parcel will be returned to Crossliftor. You will have to pay the shipping costs again to have the parcel delivered.

For larger parcels and pallets deliveries, the transporter will call you to agree on an appointment and a time slot. If you are absent on the delivery day, you will have to pay the representation fee again, otherwise the order will be resent to Crossliftor.

If you leave in France, nothing could be simpler, once your cart and your account are created, you will be able to choose Click & Collect in the shipping methods. You will just have to enter the day and time of your choice!

We have only one collection point for the moment, in the Crossliftor warehouses in Rognac (13340 - FRANCE) The Click & Collect is open from Monday to Friday included. The schedule will depend on the available slots.
