Returns & Warranties

Of course, go to your order details in your account, click on the ‘Make a claim’ button and select ‘I am not satisfied with the product, I have not used it, I wish to return it’.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs and for choosing your carrier. The product must be new, unused and returned in its original packaging.

Upon receipt and verification of the product, you will be refunded 100% of the product's value.

If the conditions are not met, you will be refunded between 20% and 80% of the product's value, depending on its condition.

Go to your account, under the ‘Warranties’ section. You will see the expiry date next to the product in question. If the product is still under warranty, go to your order history and click on the ‘Make a claim’ button to open a warranty claim. Please remember to attach a photo or video of the problem so that we can examine it properly.

If the manufacturing defect is confirmed and the product is still under warranty, we can either repair the product remotely, send someone out to repair it, or replace the broken part or even the entire product, depending on the damage.

It couldn't be easier: just log in to your account and go to the ‘Product Warranty’ section.

You will find a list of the products you have purchased from Crossliftor and the warranty expiry date. You can also download the warranty certificate if required.

If a product is faulty, you can activate the warranty from your account. Go to your order history and click on the ‘Make a claim’ button.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, Crossliftor will cover the return shipping costs.

If you received the wrong product, Crossliftor will cover the return shipping costs.

If the product was damaged during shipping, the carrier will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with the product but it corresponds to what you purchased, you may return it to us under certain conditions (see section ‘I don't like the product, can I return it?’). In this case, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
