If you leave in France, nothing could be simpler, once your cart and your account are created, you will be able to choose Click & Collect in the shipping methods. You will just have to enter the day and time of your choice!

We have only one collection point for the moment, in the Crossliftor warehouses in Rognac (13340 - FRANCE) The Click & Collect is open from Monday to Friday included. The schedule will depend on the available slots.

Yes, of course! HangArt by Crossliftor (in France) is an innovative concept where ALL products on display can be tested. Nearly 80% of the products on our website can be tested in store. 

Once you are in the shop, each product has a QR code that allows you to check the available stock, price and product details. If you are interested, you can pay at the till and collect your product from the Click & Collect service. 

This means that the stock on the website is the same as that in the shop.

Would you like to add a product once you arrive at Click'n Collect? No problem, just come to the shop to choose and pay for your order (subject to availability).

Case 1 - All items in your order are in stock: You can come and collect your order as soon as its status changes to ‘Order Ready’ (see your order history). You will also receive a confirmation email.

In this case, there is no need to call us. You can come and collect your order during Click & Collect opening hours, as indicated in our email.

Please note that if the order is not collected within 7 days of the date you selected when placing your order, stock will no longer be guaranteed.

Case 2 - Not all products in your order are in stock: You can come and collect your order once it has the status ‘Partially Ready’ (see your order history). You will also receive a confirmation email.

In this case, there is no need to call us. You can come whenever you wish to collect the products as and when they become available, as many times as you like. You will receive an email each time your products arrive. You are free to come several times or just once when all the products have arrived. Feel free to check your order history in your account to find out more about the arrival dates of your products.
