When can I come and collect my order from Click & Collect?
Case 1 - All items in your order are in stock: You can come and collect your order as soon as its status changes to ‘Order Ready’ (see your order history). You will also receive a confirmation email.
In this case, there is no need to call us. You can come and collect your order during Click & Collect opening hours, as indicated in our email.
Please note that if the order is not collected within 7 days of the date you selected when placing your order, stock will no longer be guaranteed.
Case 2 - Not all products in your order are in stock: You can come and collect your order once it has the status ‘Partially Ready’ (see your order history). You will also receive a confirmation email.
In this case, there is no need to call us. You can come whenever you wish to collect the products as and when they become available, as many times as you like. You will receive an email each time your products arrive. You are free to come several times or just once when all the products have arrived. Feel free to check your order history in your account to find out more about the arrival dates of your products.
