Do you want to return one or more products you have received?
Is a piece of cake :
1. Access to my order history from my account. 2. Select the order containing the product I want to return. 3. Select the product (s) that you want to return by ticking the box next to their name (s). 4. Add an explanation, like that we understand why the product is returned. 5. Click on "Make an RMA Slip", this will send an automatic email to our service team.
Your request will be processed within 24 hours by the CrossLiftor team who will give you the right procedure depending on the reason for your return request.
