For your home gym, your living room or to allows athletes to be spaced closer together, the Crossliftor Short Bar - Man is a 15kgs olympic barbell with a man "grip" of 28mm and a total length of 182 cm (vs 220cm for a classic 20kgs man barbell). Our Crossliftor Short Bars are also used for many International Competitions such as The Butchers Classics. Male athletes of all sizes and levels can use them.
The Short Bar keeps the same dimensions between the sleeves and the same markings as our classic weightlifting barbells, only the sleeves are shorter. The Short Bar can therefore be put on a rack for all your strength movements and you will keep your habits for all your weightlifting movements during your training!

Maintenance and storage of your short barbell:
For optimal operation, it is advisable to lubricate the bearings of your Olympic bar every 6 months. Use a Teflon-type or specialty lubricant for the maintenance of Olympic bars. This lubricant will not obstruct the needles of your bar. It is recommended to store your Olympic bars horizontally and clean them after each workout.
Removing chalk and perspiration will prevent the appearance of rust spots even if your short barbell is already treated with anti-corrosion zinc.

For orders with one or more out-of-stock products and over 500€: shipment of in-stock products within 24 to 72 hours. A second shipment will take place at no extra shipping cost as soon as ALL other out-of-stock products in pre-order are restocked.
For orders with one or more out-of-stock products and under 500€: we will only make one shipment as soon as ALL out-of-stock products are in pre-order. If you want a first shipment of the products in stock, you will have to place 2 orders, one with the products in stock, and another one with the products in pre-order.
All the dates of restocking of out-of-stock products are indicated and updated daily on the product pages on our website and archived in your order history.
After the shipping day, you can add between 1 and 5 days for the goods transit
We offer several delivery solutions depending on the weight of the order and the volume of the parcels. There are many cases, you will be able to consult the delivery method(s) once the products are added to your shopping cart. All the transporters with whom we work deliver your order upon your signature.
Whatever the transporter, you are informed before the day of delivery. For small parcels, you receive an email and/or text message with the day of delivery, which you can modify as you wish. For pallets, the transporter calls you agree on an appointment and a time slot.
We also offer Click & Collect solution for those who do not want to pay shipping costs and move to us in Vitrolles, FRANCE (13127). Once in the delivery solutions, you will just have to select "Click & Collect" and to choose a date and a time slot of withdrawal.
Whatever the carrier, you are notified before the day of delivery. For small parcels, you receive an email and/or text message with the delivery day, which you can modify as you wish.
If you are absent at the time of the delivery, the transporter can let the parcel in a point relay if this one measures less than 120cm height and weighs less than 30 kg. Otherwise, you will be notified to agree a second appointment within 48 hours, without news from you, the parcel will be returned to Crossliftor. You will have to pay the shipping costs again to have the parcel delivered.
For larger parcels and pallets deliveries, the transporter will call you to agree on an appointment and a time slot. If you are absent on the delivery day, you will have to pay the representation fee again, otherwise the order will be resent to Crossliftor.
If you leave in France, nothing could be simpler, once your cart and your account are created, you will be able to choose Click & Collect in the shipping methods. You will just have to enter the day and time of your choice!
We have only one collection point for the moment, in the Crossliftor warehouses in Rognac (13340 - FRANCE) The Click & Collect is open from Monday to Friday included. The schedule will depend on the available slots.
